RONNY DEILA wants all his Celtic players to follow John Guidetti's lead - and shoot to be Europa League title winners.

The Swedish striker followed up his goal in Sunday's 2-0 win over Kilmarnock with the claim he believes the Hoops can net a quadruple this term, including the conintental competition.

Even though he is currently ineligible to play in the Europa League group stage, the man who has banged in five goals in seven games said: "I want to win the quadruple - the three domestic trophies and the Europa League.

"That is what I want so now we have to focus on every game. The quadruple is certainly 100 per cent possible."

But rather than call for a more measured approach from his charges, Deila has instead urged his men to also reach for the stars in their Parkhead pursuit of success.

The Celtic manager said: "I believe everything is possible.

"To win the Europa League is very tough, there are very hard opponents, so you have to develop - and have some luck.

"But everything is possible and, of course, you have to believe. That is why I love Guidetti because he believes.

"You can see it in his eyes when he goes on the pitch: 'I'm here to score, I'm here to win.' And you can see it in the dressing room.

"I want all of our players to believe that we can win the Europa League, of course. If you don't believe, you don't get it. This group has to commit and have a really, really strong togetherness."

Guidetti's enthusiasm is just one of the many facets of the Manchester City loanee's make-up that has Deila desperate for the striker to stick around.

The 22-year-old has impressed greatly since his move north of the border was cleared by Fifa last month after the deal initially wasn't processed in time during the transfer window.

His contract with the Barclays Premier League champions is up during the summer, meaning no large transfer fee would be required to lure him to Parkhead permanently.

And while Deila accepts others with bigger budgets will surely be keeping tabs on the Sweden Under-21 star, the manager is confident that staying at a club which brings out the best in him will sway the striker to stick around in Glasgow.

He said: "John was at Stoke last year, he was at City and he hasn't played first-team football for two years.

"It's like it has clicked between Celtic and John. One thing I know in football is that when you are at the right club, you have to appreciate what you have.

"You have to understand that your success is not all down to you, it's also the environment, the club that suits you and makes the best out of you.

"So far, we have done that with John. I think he can develop a lot and he can reach a lot of his goals here.

"We will do everything we can in our club to make him happy so he wants to stay."
