As a player, I always enjoyed going to Ireland for pre-season.

The games were good and there was obviously a large Celtic support.

As a manager, the one I always remember fondly is our trip to Sweden.

We had a really good pre-season there, it really set us up well for the campaign and we went on the win the league that year.
