WE have seen some terrific strikes so far in Brazil this summer and GRAEME from Glasgow asked Davie what is his favourite World Cup goal?
Davie replied: "There are two goals that stick in my mind but for different reasons. The Maradona dribble against England is as good an individual goal as you are likely to see.
"But, in terms of team play, I would go for Carlos Alberto's goal for Brazil against Italy when they won the competition in 1970.
"The build-up to that goal was tremendous, as was the finish, and the fact it was the final gives it the edge."
Just email Davie at daviehay@eveningtimes.co.uk and we'll print the answer alongside the question.
