Celtic are back in action again tonight when they head to Paisley to take on St Mirren.

The Friday night games appear to have been something of a success given the crowds for them seem to be above average.

But the bottom line for Celtic is that it doesn't matter who or where they are playing - their mindset is simply to go out and win the game.

When they left off before the international break they were playing well and there has been a bit of momentum about Celtic in recent weeks.

They will want to keep that going and I cannot see that the having had a raft of players off on international duty will have any major bearing on that.

These are players who are well used to the demands of playing at the top level for both club and country.

It also helps that the vast majority of those who were involved in international football over the last 10 days had positive outcomes.

They'll be back in a decent frame of mind and the fact that the last game was Tuesday means that they will be relatively well rested by the time the weekend games come around.

You would expect over the piece that it will be relatively straightforward for Celtic but it can be hard to play against a team who are fighting for their lives.

St Mirren are down there at the bottom of the table and they are battling to stay in the league.

If Celtic can get an early first goal then you would expect that it will pan out as a comfortable evening for them.
