THE team that wins together, grows together.

That's the doctrine prescribed by Celtic manager, Ronny Deila.

Further evidence this is happening can be provided tonight when his Hoops face Dundee United for the third time in 10 days.

Fresh from lifting the League Cup, the prize on offer this time is a place in the Scottish Cup semi-final against Inverness at Hampden next month.

Deila believes having experienced one trophy success should make everyone want to bottle this feeling and become even more determined to make it the first of many celebrations.

"They should want to do this again and have an appetite for trophies," said the Hoops boss ahead of tonight's replay.

"When you win something together, you know how you did it, and how it feels.

"I think this is all a good boost as we go into tonight's game."

Deila has no concerns his players might begin to get nervous as the Treble comes closer.

His reasoning is they have had plenty of time to get used to the idea, and said: "The goals has been very clear from the very beginning.

"With this trophy won, we are still into our dream, and just have to focus on the next trophy.

"So, this replay is going to be another very important game."

Deila anticipates a United side carrying more of a goal threat as Nadir Ciftci will be reinstated to their line up following his cup final suspension.

But, despite the history of controversial incidents and red cards, he has no fears over familiarity breeding contempt.

And he has no plans to make changes to surprise United.

Deila said: "We want to build on what we are good at - and do it even better.

"I'm not into surprising opponents. Rather, I want them to fear us for what we have.

"They know what's coming, but don't know how to handle it.

"That's the goal in future."

Deila does accept, however, that, as this is United's last chance of lifting silverware this season, they will be determined to give tonight's replay everything they have got.

"We know it will be another tough game, but, we will really be up for it," he insisted.

"There is not much recovery time, but it is the same for both sides - and it's much better when you win than when you lose."

He continued: "I'm sure United will be wanting revenge for Sunday.

"So, we have to be up to the level we were in the final, and maybe better.

"This is not just a normal game. It's a Scottish Cup quarter-final."

Adam Matthews could return after injury, but Stefan Johansen is suspended, along with United's Paul Dixon.

Deila is not perturbed by the absence of the man who played more games this season than anyone else in the squad and said: "Stefan has been one of our best players this season.

"But, I have other players who can fill that role in a good way."
