The Parkhead men will welcome the Serie A leaders to Glasgow for the first-leg before travelling to Turin where they will be aiming to make history by becoming the first Scottish club ever to reach the quarter-finals.
Lennon watched the draw in Nyon unfold this morning at the club's Lennoxtown training ground and is now hoping his players can defy all the odds by eliminating the Italians.
He said: "In terms of glamour – it's a beauty of a draw. In terms of our chances of qualifying, it is going to be very difficult but it would have been every bit as difficult if we had drawn any of the other teams as well.
"They are the current Italian champions and seven points clear at the top of the table so we are under no illusions as to how big a task we are facing. But over the two legs you just never know. We will certainly be giving it our best shot.
"Juventus have a number of world class players in their ranks and have a tremendous winning mentality but we've shown during the group stage that we can compete with the best when we are playing well and we are looking forward to these games when they come around."
There were glamour ties for both English teams left in the tournament with Manchester United drawn against Real Madrid, and Arsenal will face Bayern Munich.
Amazingly, all eight ties in this morning's draw were identical to the pairings at last night's dress rehearsal of the draw at the Uefa HQ in Switzerland.
