FORSTER (6) Virtual spectator for much of the game as a shell-shocked Hearts side rarely managed to get out their own half.

LUSTIG (8) Netted the pick of the bunch on a day when Celtic simply blew Hearts away. The Swede was superb on the right flank as he bombed forward at will and put great deliveries into the box.

AMBROSE (7) Eased his way through a game in which very few questions were asked of him.

VAN DIJK (7) Got forward for set-pieces but few challenges for him at the back on a day in which Celtic were permanently on the front foot.

IZAGUIRRE (8) Afforded acres of space on the left-hand side as he worked his way up and down the flank. Some good deliveries into the box kept the pressure on the Tynecastle team.

BITON (7) Rare start for the midfielder in what was one of the best displays he has put in for Celtic since his arrival at the club.

BROWN (7) Back into the team after his midweek absence through suspension and a rare appearance on the scoresheet. Combined well with Mulgrew as the duo controlled everything in the central area.

MULGREW (8) Impressive in the centre of midfield as he linked up with Brown to control the ebb and flow of the game. Ran the show before going off early in the second period.

LEDLEY (8) Got in on the scoring act when he chipped in with the fourth of the day. One of his most impressive displays of the season.

COMMONS (8) Put down his marker for this game within the opening two minutes when he had netted the first of the afternoon. Went on to clock up a hat-trick and could have had more.

STOKES (7) Unselfish pass to play in Ledley in the build-up to Celtic's third goal but a few offside calls that he could do better with. Will be irked not to have scored.

PUKKI (4) On for Mulgrew immediately after Celtic's sixth of the day but couldn't find the back of the net to take some pressure off him.

FISHER (4) Took over from Lustig and tried to keep the forward momentum going.

BOERRIGTER (4) Replaced Commons but little time to add to the whopping scoreline.
