And that's simply unacceptable to manager Neil Lennon.

In the opening 20 games, 20 points have been dropped.

And, though the champions are still six clear of the rest in their quest to retain their title, Lennon has made it clear to his men that they should have an even bigger advantage as they go into 2013.

The weekend defeat against Hibs was their fourth loss of the campaign, with another four games drawn, leaving them on 40 points.

Lennon has set his side a target of at least matching last season's total of 93 points, and there are only 54 still up for grabs.

So they must win every one of their remaining 18 games – starting today against Motherwell – if they are to hit their goal.

Lennon does not want to go into the winter break having seen their lead in the table further reduced, and will freshen up his side today.

The Hoops boss believes a repeat of the attitude shown at Easter Road will give them a platform to get back onto the winning track.

He said: "There is no complacency in our dressing room.

"The hunger to win the game against Hibs was tremendous.

"We looked powerful for the majority of the game and, on another day, we would have won comfortably."
