UNDER-FIRE Salzburg boss Adi Hutter has ordered his team to make a blistering start against Celtic tonight.

He wants an early goal in the Europa League tie to calm the Austrians' nerves after three defeats in a row.

Hutter, whose job is on the line following Red Bull's Champions League exit to Malmo of Sweden, said: "It is important we attack Celtic from the first minute.

"Getting an early goal will be vital. That could solve a lot of problems."

Salzburg's drastic form could cost keeper Peter Gulacsi his place. But they will look to Spanish striker Jonathan Soriano to keep up his incredible scoring run that has seen him net 15 goals in 13 games.

Fewer than 400 Celtic fans will be among the crowd of around 20,000 in the Red Bull Salzburg Arena for the Group D tie.

Hutter has relied on a report from his assistant Zsolt Low for his info on Ronny Deila's side.

He said: "We carefully analysed a video of Celtic's 2-1 win over Aberdeen last Saturday. They have an experienced squad of international calibre and are very strong.

"Kris Commons and Scott Brown are their key players in midfield. I also admire Virgil van Dijk and Jason Denayer.

"I expect my team to give everything to win this game.

"We have to battle and be willing to work. We have to press Celtic.

"They are very sturdy and strong in the tackle.

"But I'm not sure if they are accustomed to teams pressing them in the Scottish league."

Salzburg midfielder Kevin Kampl said: "Our frustration at missing the Champions League is now behind us. The Europa League is very important to our club.

"We want to be still in this competition next spring."
