RONNY DEILA has revealed he has the same Treble vision every morning - and does not plan to lose sight of it tomorrow at Tynecastle.

The Celtic manager starts every day thinking about delivering all three domestic trophies to the Parkhead club for the first time since 2001.

Defeat to Hearts in the fourth round of the Scottish Cup would shatter that dream.

But the man who has taken the Hoops to the top of the Premiership, League Cup semi-final and last 32 of the Europa League is desperate not to let that happen.

Explaining just how important it is to him to clinch the Treble in his first season in charge, he said: "Every time I wake up in the morning, I see that in front of me.

"That's really the goal - to win everything. And I think that is what the players are doing as well.

"But we have to think about how we are going to achieve it.

"It's easy to talk about results but you have to do the job, and that starts every day with what we do in training."

His team's celebrations over qualifying for the Europa League knockout stages are already over.

Deila has warned his players they will need to shake off the disappointment of Thursday's home loss to Salzburg because Hearts carry a real threat - especially on their own ground.

The Hoops boss said he considers this as tough as any away game they will face in the Premiership.

He explained: "Hearts are the best team in the Championship right now, and they have a lot of confidence."

The Norwegian's opinion is based largely on watching Hearts defeat Rangers last weekend.

But Deila is confident that, with so much riding on the result, his players will be ready for the test.

"If we can win, we will put ourselves in a very good situation and can have a fantastic spring," the Hoops boss said.

"There will be so many interesting games. I get excited talking about it.

"Sunday has been in my mind for a long time. I saw Hearts play Rangers so I know it's going to be fantastic atmosphere at Tynecastle. The players have been in that atmosphere many times so they will cope with it."

Central defender Jason Denayer remains doubtful with an ankle knock.

Charlie Mulgrew is also struggling with a rib injury sustained on Thursday. But Deila can bring back John Guidetti. The manager has maintained he always has to look beyond the scoreline but has come to accept that, at Celtic, winning remains all important.

Despite preaching at first that performance was his bottom line he admitted: "I have had to ditch those principles a lot this season.

"Now I understand it is a totally different environment here compared to what I was used to. It is all about results. You have to win all the time.

"So you have to think short term and also try to take small steps towards the long-term things.

"There is an intensity here to every game.

"You need to go further very quickly. You have to think about the next game the very next day.

"That's fine with me. Things go slower when you talk about development but I think we've done that quite well.

"I have not changed. I still believe in the same things but I understand I won't get a lot of time."

Yet Deila insists that he can't get enough of the unique pressure of being manager of Celtic.

He explained: "You get addicted to this. You hate it and love it. I wonder about the day when I'll wake up and not have it.

"I am in the fire - but I love to be there."
