NEIL LENNON says Partick Thistle will be desperate to put a stop to Celtic's title party at Firhill tonight.

Aberdeen's 1-1 draw with Ross County last night means the Hoops can wrap up their third successive Scottish Premiership crown with a win over their Glasgow neighbours.

But Lennon does not think Alan Archibald's men will be happy to see his side celebrating on their Maryhill turf.

He said: "They have their own self-pride and pride in their club.

"And they have an agenda - to avoid second-bottom place.

"They are fighting for their lives so it is a not a foregone conclusion that the title will be wrapped up this week."

If Lennon's men fail to get the three points they need against the Jags, they will have a second chance to clinch the title before the top-flight split when they face Ross County at home at Celtic Park on Saturday.
