SCOTS badminton ace Kirsty Gilmour returned to Bellahouston Academy to show pupils her Commonwealth Games silver medal.
The star proved a big hit with the young badminton players at the South Side school after her medal triumph at the city's sporting spectacular.
Kirsty joined 11 other Games stars from the Glasgow School of Sport who clinched medals.
The amazing haul by the eight women and four men would have placed the Glasgow School of Sport in 26th spot in the medal table if it had competed as a nation.
Swimmer Michael Jamieson, who won silver, also visited Bellahouston Academy, where the sport school is based.
