With some of the biggest names in sport heading to Glasgow next summer, now is the time to plan for what you want to see.

The men's 200m breastroke final - which could feature Olympic silver medallist Michael Jamieson - takes place on Thursday, July 24, with tickets starting at £15.

That day will also see gold medals won in the 400m freestyle and the women's 400m individual medley at Tollcross International Swimming Centre.

Prices for the morning sessions range from £15 to £50.

On the running track, the men's 100m final, in which sprint legend Usain Bolt could compete, will be on Monday, July 28, alongside the women's 100m final.

Tickets for the event at Hampden Stadium start at £30, or £15 for concessions and range up to £90.

In the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome, Friday, July 25 will see medals up for grabs in the men's sprint and the women's 3000m individual pursuit.

The men's para-sport 1000m Time Trial B Tandem will also take place.

Tickets for the night session, which kicks off at 4pm, start at £40, or £20 for concessions, ranging up to £90.

There are also chances to see some of the biggest names compete for free at the men's and women's cycling road races on Sunday, August 3, where Mark Cavendish and Lizzie Armistead are tipped to ride.

It is also free to watch the men's and women's marathons on Sunday, July 27.
