BRITISH actor Gary Oldman says he has lived in the US so long he had to hire a voice coach to relearn his English accent.
The 55-year-old says he has acquired an American twang as a result of spending so much time there with his family. He needed the extra help to brush up for his role as George Smiley in Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, for which he got an Oscar nomination.
