ONE of Paisley's best-loved singers is to be honoured with a festival in his home town.

Bring it All Home will pay tribute to the life and work of Baker Street singer Gerry Rafferty and is being held from April 11-19.

The festival will see some of the country's best-known artists team up to perform hits by the musician, who died in 2011 of liver failure.

The centrepiece of the nine-day event will be a Gerry Rafferty Concert evening, taking place on what would have been his 67th birthday.

It will be led by his daughter Martha Rafferty and good friend Rab Noakes.
