Rapper Dappy has drawn a line under a cash dispute with the taxman.
HM Revenue & Customs today withdrew a bankruptcy petition against the N-Dubz singer and Celebrity Big Brother contestant at a hearing in the High Court in London.
An official from HMRC told a judge that a tax debt had been paid.
He said after the hearing that Dappy had owed around £140,000.
Dappy was listed as "Contostavlos A.K.A Dappy C" in a list of bankruptcy hearings before the judge - Deputy Registrar John Briggs.
