A BIRTHDAY party celebrated the 70th anniversary of flight links with Scotland.
Glasgow Airport hosted the event at the Corinthian Hotel as Icelandair celebrated its seven decades in operation.
There was musical entertainment during the evening and DJ Robin Galloway performed for attendees.
Guests included Andres Jonsson, the UK general manager for Icelandair, Glasgow Airport’s managing director, Amanda McMillan, and guests from the travel industry in Scotland, including Bill and Sharon Munro from Barrhead Travel, as well as representatives from Travel2 and Stewart Travel.
Denise Hill, the head of international marketing from VisitScotland also attended the event.
