X Factor winner Joe McElderry has been embracing his inner Scot by guzzling a can of ginger and attempting a Scottish accent.
The singer, who won the ITV show in 2009, was in Scotland to perform at Airdrie Town Hall on Sunday and he also had a show in Dunfermline.
During his performance, he attempted a Scottish accent which was captured on video by a fan.
Been trying to do the accents of some of the places we have been visiting onstage! Here is my Scottish accent 😂😂 https://t.co/ZIm6LOhiTy

He also posed with a can of Irn Bru on Instagram before the show saying, "When in Scotland. Sorry not sorry!"
The Dance With My Father star visited Scotland's first and largest indoor trampoline park Air Space to unwind ahead of his shows.
Taking time out from his busy gig schedule, Joe wowed spectators at the centre showcasing some energetic moves on the spring-loaded urban playground.
Two lucky members of the Air Space staff, Lauren Lamont and Robin Marshall from East Kilbride, were also on hand to offer tips and tricks to Joe and his band, helping to perfect their freestyle parkour moves on over 100 interconnected trampolines across 35,000 square feet of bouncing heaven.
