Modern Family star Ariel Winter looked stunning in black at the SAG Awards as she showed off her breast reduction surgery scars – and now she has thanked fans for their “positive feedback”.

The 18-year-old went from a size 32F to a 34D last year after suffering too much pain from her large breasts.
“It was so painful,” she said in an interview with Glamour. “I really couldn’t stand up straight for a long period of time. It started to hurt so bad that I couldn’t take the pain.”
The actress also revealed that online bullying had caused her self-esteem to plummet.

But at the SAG Awards, Ariel was confident in her body – and paid no attention to trolls who said she should have covered her scars.
Instead, she called on everyone to “embrace who you are” – scars and all.
When a fan contacted her to say she had been inspired to show off her own stretch marks, Ariel replied with some words of encouragement:
