Newly released heart-breaking scenes from Robin Williams’ much loved film, Mrs Doubtfire.
It’s one of the world’s favourite comedies, but it had its sad side too.
The scenes were uploaded to YouTube by American journalist and blogger Matthew Keys, and they show the heart-breaking moments that never made it to the final cut.
The first deleted scene shows Daniel Hillard (played by Williams) arriving late to a spelling competition for his daughter, Lydia.

When trying to apologise, She asks him why he can’t pretend to be happy with her mother.
He gives her a heartfelt speech, saying “We’d be a pretend family, it wouldn’t be real, and you’d know.
“We’d be acting and you can’t act 24 hours a day. I’m not that good an actor.
“Life is more real and wonderful than that”.
