Prepare to feel shivers down the spine with a fantasy line up of legends celebrating the very best of the 50s and 60s in Rhyl this month.
An incredibly talented cast of tributes will bring back to life the spirit of rock legends Buddy Holly, Elvis, Jerry Lee Lewis and more in Rock n' Roll Paradise at the Pavilion on Saturday, July 21.
Bringing West End pedigree to proceedings, Jesus Christ Superstar veteran John Simon Rawlings is the mighty compere JP Richardson the Big Bopper, who will lead the audience on a ride through the most timeless hits with witty banter, warmth and charisma.
Joining the Big Bopper for the show's first half is Peter Gill, capturing the energy of Jerry Lee Lewis with hits such as Great Balls Of Fire and Breathless, Gavin Stanley as Eddie Cochran with Summertime Blues and Three Steps To Heaven and Spencer Jordan filling the infamous glasses of Buddy Holly and to bring back Peggy Sue, Oh Boy and That'll Be The Day.
Playing the Big O, Roy Orbison is Lars Young who will soar through classics You Got It, Only The Lonely and Pretty Woman.
The second half opens with a concert within a concert, as the audience are taken through the years of Elvis' later tours, complete with Vegas jump-suits, belts and rings.
Ascending the throne as 'the King' is Richard Atkins, a specialist in portraying Elvis in his later years.
To finish the show, the original guitar heroes as Buddy, Eddie and Roy Orbison will return to the stage with Big Bopper, Jerry Lee Lewis and Elvis building to fever pitch in the greatest supergroup that never was.
Behind the front men the Paradise Band are themselves some of the most passionate rock n roll fans anywhere in the world who household names through their careers have played with titans including Suzy Quatro, the Bee Gees and Steve Harley and the Cockney Rebel.
This spectacular celebration of rock n' roll music and the chance to step back into a very special era is not to be missed.
