Wales’s best-loved conservationist and naturalist will come to Colwyn Bay to share his story this September.
BBC and S4C presenter Iolo Williams will bring his expertise from the screen to the Theatr Colwyn stage in a brand new informative, entertaining and insightful show detailing his experience working as a species officer for the RSPB.
Familiar from wildlife TV programmes such as Springwatch and Iolo’s Snowdonia, Williams will discuss wildlife and the threats they face and also talk about great characters he has met.
He will recall the time a farmer held an egg collector over a 40ft cliff, a colleague who kept half a village awake with his snoring and the tale of how an oystercatcher held up Prince Charles’ train.
Williams will be at Theatre Cymru on Saturday, September 15 at 7.30pm. Tickets are £16, available from theatrcolwyn.co.uk or by calling 01492 577888.
