HOLLYWOOD couple Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are suing Heat magazine.
The singer and actress lodged a defamation action in the Irish courts over an article, photographs and quotes attributed to Ms Biel and published last month.
The lawsuit is against the German-owned Bauer Media Group.
