Talented Morgan Spence, a 15 year-old boy from Kilbarchan, Renfrewshire, has become a global internet sensation due to his Legolised stop-motion animations.

Morgan unveiled his latest depiction of Wes Anderson's The Grand Budapest Hotel on the Jimmy Kimmel show as he appeared on Jimmy Kimmel via video link.

Classic scenes he has recreated using Lego include those from hit films such as ET, Breakfast At Tiffany's, Dirty Dancing and The Shining.

Kimmel commented: "That's very impressive work for a 15-year-old, I'll tell you that."

Self-described 'Legomaniac' Morgan described on the show how he had a fascination with the plastic bricks since the age of three - and it is still his favourite hobby.

He went on: "It depends on how complex the film I'm recreating is, but usually, for say a minute of film, (it can take) a couple of weeks."

Morgan said he plans to study film-making, telling the show: "I think that would be a really interesting career to pursue and certainly film school is where I'd like to go eventually."
