Hyde Park was awash with sobbing fans as music legend Carole King stepped out on stage.
On social media, fans revealed they were overcome by the 74-year-old’s concert at the British Summer Time festival.

Carole played her album Tapestry in its entirety for the first time ever.
At one point she was joined by her daughter Louise Goffin, and she also welcomed on stage the cast of the West End show Beautiful – the Carole King musical.

The cast, including Cassidy Janson who plays Carole in the musical at the Aldwych Theatre, then sang a rendition of I Feel The Earth Move.
Fans couldn’t stop gushing after the show.
