A rival camp is already touring and recording under the title.

Ex-singer Ali Campbell has now teamed up with two fellow founding members of the group, Astro and Mickey Virtue.

They plan to form a band using the name UB40. The opposition band is led by Ali's brother Robin Campbell.

UB40 topped the charts with Red Red Wine and I Got You Babe.
