HAWAII:
A photographer is suing Justin Bieber and one of his bodyguards for assault and infliction of emotional distress over an alleged altercation on a Hawaiian beach.
The lawsuit by paparazzo Aja Oxman claims Bieber ordered the guard to take the photographer's memory card after he took photos of the singer leaping from a cliff into the ocean.
It claims bodyguard Dwayne Patterson placed Mr Oxman in a chokehold, seriously injured him and damaged his camera, and seeks unspecified damages in excess of £15,000.
