Cheryl Fernandez-Versini appears to be taking the X in X Factor to heart by releasing a new single with expletives in the chorus.
The star, whose ITV singing contest is watched by a family audience, uses bad language repeatedly in the track I Don't Care which was premiered on radio stations this morning.
The singer uses the f-word regularly during the song, which has been censored for radio play, although it is still clear which term the singer is using.
Reflecting on the song, the X Factor judge Fernandez-Versini - formerly Cole, until her surprise marriage in the summer - said: "I'm a woman now; I'm at that age that things don't bother me like they used to.
"I still care about things, but I've discovered what's important to care about, and what's most definitely not."
She recently achieved her fourth chart-topping single with Crazy Stupid Love. I Don't Care is released on November 9 and is taken from her next album Only Human.
