CULT Glasgow band Belle and Sebastian are to play at Glasgow's Hydro next year.
The group have announced a date at the venue of May 22, ahead of the release of their ninth studio album Girls in Peacetime Want to Dance.
The band also said on their official website that they will team up with the Scottish Festival Orchestra for the show.
Tickets for the event go on sale tomorrow at 9am.
The move follows the band's sell-out performance this year at the Kelvingrove Bandstand as part of the cultural programme for the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
