ROBBIE Williams was declared a pop idol at the Q Awards with other winners including Ellie Goulding, Scots rockers Biffy Clyro and Jake Bugg.
Stars including Tinie Tempah, Ronnie Wood and Strictly Come Dancing's Sophie Ellis-Bextor handed out gongs at the ceremony at the Grosvenor Hotel in central London.
The show, hosted by pub landlord star Al Murray, saw Robbie named Q Idol, Biffy Clyro pick up Best Album for Opposites and Goulding win Best Solo Artist.
Foals beat Arctic Monkeys to the title of Best Live Act.
