S Club 7 are set to bring it all back with a reunion tour in the UK next month.

The pop band had to Say Goodbye in 2003 after five years of sell-out tours, awards, hit singles and a popular TV show called Miami 7 - having sold more than 10 million albums worldwide.

Members Tina Barrett, Paul Cattermole, Rachel Stevens, Olivia Miller, Jo O'Meara, Hannah Spearritt, Bradley McIntosh, and Jon Lee remained friends over the years.

Bradley, Jo and Paul DJed and performed at universities and venues across the UK whilst others pursued solo music careers and acting - but the response they got from their stellar performance at BBC Children in Need last year inspired them to launch a reunion tour.

Heartthrob Bradley, 33 threw himself into the world of business - buying property and making music from behind the scenes over the years in the recording studio he owns in South London - and a music app he developed in the works to boot.

Talking about being back in the S Club, he said: "Everyone's grown up a bit. Some have got kids now, but it everyone does seem like we're still the same people and nothing's really changed. We get along and have fun."

He laughed, adding: "A few more grey hairs though!"

And it seems the seven Don't Stop Movin' these days - as they pull out all the stops in preparation for the tour.

"We've been working really hard," Bradley admitted, adding: "But it's going well - the music sounds great, the singing's good, the dancing is up to date and everything is a bit more modern."

S Club 7 were world famous for their high onstage energy back in their younger days - with Jon doing his trademark backflips and Bradley breakdancing.

Twelve years on, they are determined to wow their crowds with a knock-out performance that propelled them to international stardom in the late Nineties.

"We're up at the crack of dawn, into rehearsals, doing vocal arrangements and coaching. After that, we do a bit of choreography. Our choreographer has worked with Little Mix, Cheryl and Ollu Murs. She's amazing. She's pushed us where we thought we wouldn't do as much. I'm glad she has, though."

He added: "We've been eating really healthily too - we go to this organic sandwich shop round the corner and its amazing. Everyones shedding the pounds!"

Bradley performed as part of S Club 3 in Scotland over the past few years, and said he was excited to play the Glasgow Hydro in May.

"I love Scotland! I don't like the cold as much, but i like anywhere that loves to have a party!"

Loyal S Club fans from as far as Australia and China have been snapping up tickets for a night of nostalgic. feel-good pop - and the tour is already set to be a success.

The band are thrilled that fans were coming from across the globe to see them live, setting the wheels in motion for more potential appearances in the near future if their tour goes down well.

But they are careful not to 'overdo' their reunion - as Bradley thinks recording new music might be 'overkill.'

"This is working for us now, because we've not performed together properly for thirteen years."

He added enthusiastically: "We're having so much fun! I can't wait for everyone to see the show."

We're definitely ready for an S Club Party!

S Club 7 play the SSE Hydro in Glasgow on May 20.
