Here is what has been happening this week -

And the Oscar for best selfie goes to...

This year's Oscars will be remembered for this selfie. Who cares about the dresses? Who cares who won? This has to be the best selfie ever. The snap was uploaded by Ellen DeGeneres and it features everybody who is anybody in Hollywood...and some family thrown in. In the picture (from left), we spy Jennifer Lawrence, Channing Tatum, Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts, Ellen DeGeneres, Kevin Spacey, Bradley Cooper, Brad Pitt, Lupita Nyong'o and her brother, and Angelina Jolie. Ellen tweeted with the picture, "If only Bradley's arm was longer. Best photo ever. #oscars." We have to agree. The photo has even started a trend with people photoshopping themselves in it...admit it, it can't be just us who has done it?

Do what you want...

Lady Gaga is quite happy to let Kelly Osbourne do what she wants...we couldn't resist. The pair met up at Elton John's Oscar party, and Kelly posted this snap on her Instagram. You have to love Elton John's accidentally photobombing them in the background.

Mel C joins another girl group?

Little Mix teamed up with Spice Girl Melanie C for Sports Relief. The girl band, who starred in the X-Factor, are recording the Cameo hit Word Up for the charity, and they enlisted the former Spice Girl to appear in the video. Now that is girl power. Have a listen to the official audio for the track, and we suspect the video will be online soon. This one we can't wait to see.

It's 'Jesse' and Ellie

Something tells us Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul aka 'Jesse' is an Ellie Goulding fan. The pair appeared together on Graham Norton this week and Aaron took to Instagram to post this picture. He posted, "It has finally happened!! The world can continue spinning. @elliegoulding you are a badass." We are so jealous, lucky Ellie.

Made to Knockout

In terms of bizarre posts, nothing is stranger than Made in Chelsea star Proudlock receiving training tips from heavyweight hitter David Haye. Proudlock posted, "Epic training session with none other than @mrdavidhaye." We suppose Proudlock will want to keep the toned physique he worked so hard for when he took on a Men's Fitness challenge last year with other Made in Chelsea cast members.

Who doesn't love Beyonce?

When Beyonce comes to the UK, social media websites go into meltdown. This week we have had countless celebrities tweeting or instagramming their pictures from Beyonce's Mrs Carter tour. Tom Daley took in the show at the o2 with his pal @sophielee - and by the looks of this picture he is as big a fan as the rest of us.

It's a dog life for Martine

Martine McCutcheon - you know Tiffany from Eastenders - posted a picture of herself with her adorable dog Harry on Twitter this week. Martine might not be the big star that she used to be but we think she is on to a winner with that dog. How cute is he?

Footballer flips a pancake

Arsenal's Aaron Ramsey was just one of the many celebrities to take to social media to show off their pancakes for Shrove Tuesday. The Welsh international, however, stood out from the crowd when he posted this picture on Instagram of him showing off his flipping skills. He said: "Happy pancake day...if I may say so, mine was a 'flippin' good pancake!" We have to admit that pancake does look good!

Comedian gets tips from...well, comedian

Jack Whitehall called upon Kevin Bridges this week for some tips on how to tackle the Glasgow crowd at the Hydro tonight. The comedian, who plays the venue as part of the Glasgow Comedy Festival, tweeted about Bridges infamous 'empty' sketch. Really, we don't think he truly understands what is involved in an empty, do you?

Bromance?

McFly's Dougie Poynter expressed his 'love' for comedian Russell Brand on Twitter. He said, "Messiah Complex (Russell's stand-up show) was rad @rustyrockets is well fit in real life." New bromance on the horizon?
