Blink and you'll miss a tweet. Scroll too fast and that all important selfie will never dazzle your eyes. Don't panic, as we have this weekly guide on what your favourite celebrities have been up to on social media. Here is what has been happening this week -

It's back

OK folks, make the most of your summer. Let's face it, our Saturday nights will never be ours again once the X-Factor returns in the autumn. We all vow we won't watch it but with Cheryl Cole making her comeback to the show, and a Scary Spice Girl on the panel, we think this year's X-Factor is must see viewing. Cheryl posted this picture of herself with judges Louis Walsh and Mel B as the auditions make their way round the country. But it seems a certain Mr Simon Cowell is missing from the line-up. Cheryl said: "The judging line up for the day...Man down!!! #wheresSimon?! #whereswally." We cannot wait for this show to return to our screens, can you?

Nap time

How cute is baby North having a little nap with her dad Kanye West? The adorable tot turned one this week - and her dad Kanye celebrated his first Father's Day at the same time. Kim Kardashian posted this picture of her family and said: "This is what life is about! Our baby girl turned 1 today! We played so hard they passed out while we were watching the game! Happy Father's Day to the best daddy in the world! The way you love our daughter and protect her makes me filled with so much love! #bestdayever #twins #happyfathersday #happybirthday." We have to admit that brought a little tear to our eye.

Baby Becks

We do love a throwback picture - and we especially love this childhood snap that David Beckham posted on Father's Day this week. The retired footballer said: "Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there. This is your day to be spoilt." How cute is young David?

Footie Factor

It seems Caroline Flack has left the Xtra Factor and headed straight for Brazil. The presenter posted this picture of herself at a World Cup match and said, "Really happy." How lucky is she, the atmosphere around her looks amazing!

Ritchie goes mad for Rooney

Ritchie from Five expressed his delight when Wayne Rooney scored for England against Uruguay in the World Cup. We all know now it was short lived as the South American team went on to win 2-1 thanks to the powers of wonder striker Luis Suarez. But we thought it was sweet how excited he got about supporting his home nation. Girlfriend and Atomic Kitten star Natasha Hamilton, who is expecting the pair's first child together, posted, "Look how happy he is!;) and it's all down to the lucky beer in seriously! #ComeOnEngland."

Edith shows concern

We have to admit Edith Bowman made us laugh when she expressed concern over how the Uruguay team washed their shirts. Let's face it ladies do we care if their shirts are that tight?

Fresh from the Block

Jennifer Lopez might be 44 but she continues to astound us by how young she looks. The star posted this picture of her fresh faced on Instagram and said: "No makeup day! #realface #trueselfie #wokeuplikethis." Why can't we look as good as her?

Sarah ready for Tumble

Former Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding looked nervous as she began rehersals for celebrity gymnastics show Tumble. The star posted this picture on Instagram as she prepares for the show which will be shown on the BBC. Sarah will be joined on the show by one-time TV fitness guru Mr Motivator, boxing champion Carl Froch and former Steps singer Ian 'H' Watkins. We can't wait to see Sarah in action.

Scott takes a selfie

His sister-in-law Kim Kardashian is the queen of the selfie, so it is only naturally that Scott Disick might want to try it. He said: "I'm not big into selfies but I had 2 try it." We think he needs some more practice.
