After racking up no fewer than eight gongs at the Billboard Music Awards last night, singer Taylor Swift premiered her music video for new song Bad Blood.

The 25 year old cut a sultry figure in the video as a - starring alongside actresses, supermodels and singers including Lena Dunham, Jessica Alba, Karlie Kloss, Cara Delevingne, Gigi Hadid, Cindy Crawford, Hayley Williams and Ellie Goulding.

The clip also featured two previously unheard verses from Compton rapper Kendrick Lamar.

Selena Gomez stars as Arsyn, the double-crossing sidekick that pushes partner-in-crime Swift through a glass window.

The scenario has drawn comparisons with the bitter feud between Taylor and Katy Perry.

The song is said to be about her rival, who allegedly tried to hire Taylor Swift's backing dancers which would have sabotaged the singer's tour.

The Bad Blood music video generated millions of Tweets on the #BadBloodMusicVideo hashtag promoted by Swift in the ninety days leading up to its launch.

Twitter even created an automatic mobile-only emoji for the hashtag in the first social media stunt of its kind, which stops featuring today.
