Kylie Minogue - who made her debut as a coach on The Voice at the weekend - is to play one of her most intimate shows for years.

The singer is to showcase songs from her forthcoming new album at the event in March, one of a series of "priceless" gigs organised by MasterCard.

The venue for the performance has not been announced but another gig in the series featuring Laura Mvula is due to be staged at London's Kensington Roof Gardens in front of 300 fans this week.

Minogue, who is more used to playing arena shows, has been tipped to announce tour dates for later this year.

Fans have a chance of seeing the gig for free if they retweet a message from the @MasterCardUK Twitter account at any point during January 15.

The 45-year-old singer, who has announced the release of a new single Into The Blue, said: "I can't wait to perform some of my new tracks at my MasterCard Priceless Gig.

"After a year of working on my album in the studio, I'm so excited to share all my hard work. It's genuinely a priceless moment for me to be given this unique opportunity."
