Debbie McGee showed off her flexibility with an impressive leg lift as she joined her Strictly Come Dancing co-stars at the launch of the show’s tour.
The broadcaster posed with her professional partner Giovanni Pernice at Arena Birmingham to mark the start of the live tour, which kicks off at the venue on Friday.
McGee, 59, was a runner-up in the most recent series of the BBC One programme, alongside fellow finalists actress Gemma Atkinson and singer Alexandra Burke.
Reigning champion Joe McFadden, 42, was joined by his dance partner Katya Jones, who jumped for joy in a spectacular display on the venue’s red carpet.
Atkinson, 33, posed with Strictly professional Aljaz Skorjanec, while Burke, 29, and dancer Gorka Marquez showed off a dance move at the launch.
Also present were Paralympian Jonnie Peacock, 24, and his partner Oti Mabuse, comic Susan Calman, 43, and her partner Kevin Clifton, and EastEnders star Davood Ghadami, 35, and partner Nadiya Bychkova, who will hit the road on the tour.
Strictly’s 2016 winner Ore Oduba was on hand as the tour’s host, as he appeared at the launch along with the current line-up.
The show’s judges Craig Revel Horwood, Darcey Bussell and Bruno Tonioli will join the tour.
The Strictly tour starts at Arena Birmingham on January 19 and will visit Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Belfast, Glasgow and Nottingham before coming to its conclusion at London’s O2 Arena on February 11.
