FUNNYMAN Kevin Bridges has kicked off his sell-out 16 dates at Glasgow’s Hydro.
The Clydebank-born comic was on home turf last night for the first of three sets of dates over the next three months.
His A Whole Different Story began yesterday and continues until Saturday, before Kevin returns to the Hydro again for five dates next month, and another five in November.
Excited fans took to Twitter ahead of the show, looking forward to the evening and Tweeting the comic.
The comic himself earlier Tweeted “First night in Glasgow @TheSSEHydro Yaldy!”
His new show will also be filmed at the venue for his upcoming DVD.
Funnyman Bridges’ 2012 tour, The Story Continues, smashed box office records, and sold 45,000 tickets on the first day. The 136-date tour culminated in a sell-out run throughout Australia.
The 28-year-old, who recently revealed he won his battle against a gambling addiction, released his much-anticipated autobiography We Need To Talk About last October.
