THE National theatre's Hedda Gabler will arrive in Glasgow in January next year.
The new version of the play by Patrick Marber will be at the Theatre Royal from Monday to Saturday, January 15 to 20.
Patrick Marber said: “It has been a huge honour to work with the great Ivo van Hove on this version of Hedda Gabler at the National Theatre. I am thrilled that this tour will enable more people to see his incredible production.”
The Glasgow run follows a sold-out run at the National Theatre’s Lyttelton Theatre, and casting is to be announced.
Tickets are on sale to ATG Theatre Card holders now and will go on general sale tomorrow.
