A ROW has broken out over marking Joan Rivers' death by dimming the lights on Broadway.
The Broadway League, representing theatre owners and producers, said Rivers did not meet the criteria for the honour because she was primarily a TV star.
But several theatre owners said they would turn off their lights anyway.
