THE sentence handed to disgraced DJ Dave Lee Travis has been referred to the Attorney General's Office on the grounds that it is "unduly lenient".
The former Radio 1 star walked free from court despite being found guilty of groping a young TV researcher.
He was sentenced to three months in prison, suspended for two years.
