Communications watchdog Ofcom is investigating Top Gear to see if a recent episode that sparked a race row breached broadcasting guidelines.
The show's producer had to step in and apologise after broadcasting a "light-hearted" joke by Jeremy Clarkson that led to the complaint of racism.
