STV was forced to cancel some of its news programmes after staff went on strike.
As we reported yesterday, workers at the company are taking industrial action in their campaign for a six per cent pay rise.
The National Union of Journalists (NUJ) confirmed members at STV in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Aberdeen and Inverness walked out today.
As a result, some of its most popular shows did not air and Scotland Tonight will also reportedly be cancelled today.

A source told the Sun: "GMB this morning didn’t go, lunchtime won’t be going, the Six won’t be going, Scotland Tonight won’t be going and late news is gone too.
"The mood on the picket line is totally united. The company keep saying it’s unaffordable to pay us 6%, but the shareholders are getting a 7% dividend.
"They’re pleading poverty, but a glance at the balance sheet shows they are choosing not to pay us."
Reportedly, the news programs and bulletins will be replaced by episodes of other shows, including Sean's Scotland starring weatherman Sean Batty.
In the evening, the UK-wide Tonight will be broadcast.
A second strike day is planned for Tuesday, April 16.
