The 24-year-old, from Paisley, strutted her stuff on the catwalk at the annual From Scotland With Love fashion show as part of Tartan Week 2013.

She wore a stunning tartan couture dress at the Manhattan fashion party.

The annual charity show saw a host of stars take to the catwalk, including Scots rugby ace Richie Gray, actor Kevin McKidd and DJ Calvin Harris.

Supermodel Ling Tan and US news anchor Chris Wragge – who wore a kilt – also took part in the show.

Designers from Scotland showcasing their work including Harris Tweed Hebrides, Obscure Couture, Henrietta Ludgate, William Chambers, and Iona Crawford.

There was also a Fashion Foundry section of the show which featured designers Mairi Mcdonald, Rebecca Torres, Saunt & Sinner and Hilary Grant, all developing their labels under the Scottish Enterprise scheme.

The theme for this year was Scottish Lion Meets the Asian Dragon, aimed at engaging new Far East buyers and designers, as well as expanding the commercial opportunities for Scottish designers.
