The police and council are to be commended for moving staff into a new development in the east end of Glasgow.
This move will help convince others including the private sector to locate in the area.
For too long regeneration of this part of the city has failed, but the tide is beginning to turn.
The Commonwealth Games and National Indoor Arena have provided the impetus for new life to be breathed into the area.
