Our hospitals seem to be in such a mess at the moment, with infections, lack of care and no resources.
Maybe instead of closing good Glasgow hospitals, such as Stobhill, it's time to think about getting it rebuilt as a general hospital again, as all those who campaigned to keep it open are all being proved right.
The Royal and other hospitals can't cope with the extra workload.
This hospital served the north of the city and other areas and is greatly missed.
So come on all you MPs, MSPs, councillors and health ministers you should be looking into this before lives are put at risk.

I WAS rather surprised when I read former Holyrood Presiding Officer George Reid was awarded a knighthood.
Before George was elevated to being the Presiding Officer, he was a dyed-in-the-wool SNP man and I believe he still is.
I always thought that those in the Scottish National Party were against the Honours system.
I READ your report on the treatment of the elderly in the city's Royal Infirmary on June 18.
I'm pushing into my 80s now and I'm a patient in the Royal.
The nursing staff here are among the best in the world and they show great concern for the patients under their care.
They are really busy people who labour away all the time.
The wards are spotless and the food is delicious.
I always say, tell the chef I do like his food (or should that be her food?).
I say, God bless our nurses for their kindness and concern for the welfare of their patients. Thank you, staff.

WELL done to the taxi drivers for giving up their time again for the kids' seaside trip (Wednesday).
The youngsters looked like were having a great time as they got set off - a heart-warming sight.
