FOODIES turned up in their droves to attend the official opening of Yo! Sushi in Glasgow city centre recently.
The new restaurant opened at 85 West George Street and the premises previously hosted Pizza Hut.
The event was attended by invited guests including well-known celebrity blogger Emily Shakarji and STV favourites David Farrell, Laura Boyd and Gerry Cassidy.
Guests got to sample the restaurant’s popular menu which includes sushi and a variety of curry dishes.
Founded in 1997, the restaurant was the first to bring the concept of a Japanese ‘kaiten’ sushi bar to deliver food via a conveyor belt to the UK.
