GLASGOW has become notorious for its love for all things deep fried. While we fully support a balanced diet, this is one piece of scran we could definitely get our mouths around after a night out at the weekend.
A takeaway in the southwest of the city has launched a deep-fried, salt and chilli pizza crunch.
Staff at Chatan on Paisley Road West made the announcement on Facebook this week.

The eatery said: “Hi guys. Here’s a new addition to our salt and chilli range - it’s our salt and chilli pizza. Yeah, that’s right, PIZZA.
“Come try some. It’s great, just like the pizza crunch from the chip shop only better.”
In a final warning to customers, the team added: “THESE ARE LIMITED NUMBERS MADE EACH DAY so be quick.”

We know where we’re heading post-Friday work drinks - and we hope it lives up to the hype.
