A POPULAR fast-food chain has made moves to take over a unit at the Glasgow Fort in Easterhouse.
KFC have applied to Glasgow City Council for permission to take over the unit at 86 Provan Walk.
The firm also want to use a footway as an external seating area and make associated frontage alterations.
City planners are expected to make a decision on the plans in July.
The American firm specialise in fried chicken and is the world's second-largest restaurant chain after McDonald's.
