A GLASGOW firm claims to be able to bring out the beauty in every woman.
Beautifully Boudoir, a photography and corsetry firm in the West End, says it can find the hidden glamour in any client. Its bespoke photography service offers women of all ages to chance to pose for glamorous pictures.
Co-founder and photographer Elizabeth Cummings says: "Everyone is gorgeous. We have pictured all ages from 18-year-olds to women in their 50s."
Elizabeth, who co-founded the business with Seona Earle-Misumi three years ago, stresses that clients don't have to have model-like figures to sit for a photograph.
She adds: "We have every size of woman coming in, from a size six to a 26.
"People come here for a variety of reasons. They might be getting married and want a present for the groom.
"Some women have been on a diet, reached their target weight and want to celebrate the fact."
Clients bring their own lingerie to the photo-shoot or hire one of Beautifully Boudoir's range of corsets.
They are then styled by in-house experts.
Elizabeth says: "Often women come in with very little confidence but by the time they leave they have bags."
Baring a little flesh for photographs isn't something to be wary of, claims Elizabeth.
She says: "Quite often what clients wear for the photoshoot is more than they would wear on the beach. They can hire our corsets but most bring their own lingerie. We help style them, choose what to wear and apply their make-up."
Real Radio Presenter Lynne Hoggan recently had a full Beautifully Boudoir experience and was filmed for a short video which is showing on the company's website.
Lynne says: "I was delighted to be asked to represent Beautifully Boudoir. I feel they represent and promote exactly what I believe in: that women should be confident and happy with themselves no matter what their size and embrace their natural beauty.
"I was a little nervous on the day of my photo-shoot but the girls put me at ease really quickly and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I felt beautiful and have some amazing photos. I want to encourage other women to have a truly unique and empowering experience."
