INGREDIENTS

4 Chicken breasts, skin on

2 tbs Sesame seeds

1 tbs Sesame oil

1 tbs Honey

2 tbs Dark soy sauce

3-4 Spring onions

Serve with stir fried vegetable and boiled rice

METHOD

Spread the sesame seeds onto a plate and press the skin side of the chickens onto them to stick.

Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and brown the chicken breast and sesame seeds on both sides. Don't worry if some seeds fall off the chicken.

Move the breasts to an oven tray and finish the chicken in the oven at 150˚C for 15 minutes. Remove excess oil from the pan and add the soy and honey and boil until syrupy.

To serve, place the stir fried veg and rice onto plates, carve chicken on top and spoon over the sticky sauce, using the onions as garnish.
